Located in Dubai Industrial City, Fabtech ffice building serves the factory of Fabtech. The ground floor of this building has a lobby and its first floor consists of a showroom and offices. Furthermore, the facade of the building is designed with simple white elements and perforated sheets that provide shade on the sides of the building which are usually exposed to sunlight. Curtain walls were placed in rooms that need this sunlight, like offices and the showroom. The proportion of the glass and the white elements that cover the exterior of the building is balanced.
